It is so lovely to welcome you here and I hope my offerings will come to you at the most perfect time. Life has a way of placing trinkets and other magikal moments when we most need them, and we can also call them in by a series of visualisations and that word we hear a lot 'manifestation'. Sometimes though, our vision isn't as clear as we'd like to manifest.
To be aligned isn't always the easiest or possible, but when we start to nurture heart and soul we will start to hear and see more clearly, and eventually be guided to a pathway.
Maybe this is the start of your path...a new one, or one that you need to clear to gently start to walk again. That path will never look or feel the same as before - but have faith that it can be a whole lot better!
My name is Claire Hanson, and my journey began about 12 years ago with the introduction to Yoga Nidra (a consciousness between waking and sleeping - induced by guided meditation) and yoga which has been part of my life for around 16 years.
By profession, I have been a Makeup & Hair artist, for some 30 years now. Working in all areas of the media including the music industry took me away from my roots on many tours across the globe, for which I will be forever grateful for the experiences I encountered. I truly felt an enormous sense of gratitude and humility. To this day I consider it to have been where I learned some of the biggest life skills. Such great experiences, in the most incredible locations, teamed with moments of doubt and on occasion being overwhelmed by fatigue, & the need for instant high-paced thought processes. I had to find my balance. Swimming was one, meditation another, which was something of a slow process until I discovered Nidra, and then a whole other area opened up to me.
From Shamanic practices, Kirtan, Cacao, and the life force of our breath with a study into breath work. Over the past 2 years, my knowledge and practice of these have led me to where I am today x
My Happy Place...
...is outside in Mother Nature walking the hills, valleys, dingily dells in Lancashire, catching sun rise and sun sets, jumping the waves at the coast and finding those special places when I can capture the moment with a little drawing!
